National Teaching School Designation for Maiden Erlegh
On 22 March we heard from The Government’s National College for School Leadership that Maiden Erlegh School is to be designated Berkshire’s first National Teaching School.
We are extremely proud to be one of the first National Teaching Schools. This designation builds on our expertise in Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and Leadership Development. We will now be providing additional training and development with our partner schools for new teachers and support staff through to headship. We look forward to supporting a range of colleagues at all stages of their careers and see this designation as a natural development in the school’s growing outreach work.
