Pupil Choice Award - Maiden Erlegh School recognised as a top 10 school nationally for 'Pupil Happiness'
We are delighted to announce that Maiden Erlegh School has been recognised as one of the top 10 secondary schools nationally in the Pupil Choice Award for 2023/24.
This award, presented by Edurio, is based on pupil survey responses to the question: "How happy are you to be studying at this school?" and highlights schools that create an environment where students feel happy, supported, and engaged in their learning.
Ernest Jenavs, CEO of Edurio, praised the achievement, stating:
“The secondary schools recognised with this award set the benchmark for fostering pupil happiness nationwide. Maiden Erlegh School has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to creating a school environment where students feel valued and supported.”
This achievement is a testament to the exceptional dedication of our staff, who work tirelessly to ensure that every student feels valued and supported.
Jon Peck, CEO of Maiden Erlegh Trust, commented:

We are delighted that our students feel a strong sense of belonging, well-being, and happiness in their education, and we look forward to continuing to support them in their learning journey.”

We look forward to updating you on that in the future.
