Exams Results Dates and Certificates

November 2024 – GCSE Resit Results

09/01/2025 - statement of results will be sent to each student’s Google Classroom email address

Certificates – students will be notified when certificates are available to collect from the exams office.

January 2025 – Vocational unit results

12/03/2025 - Cambridge Technical results will be sent to each student’s Google Classroom email address.

20/03/2025 – BTEC and Cambridge National results will be sent to each student’s Google Classroom email address.

Summer 2025 results

14/08/2024 - GCE (A Levels) and Level 3 qualifications

  • Results will be available to collect in the sixth form centre from 08.30 - 10.00
  • Statements of results will also be sent to each student’s on-file email address

21/08/2025 - GCSE and Level 1/2 qualifications

  • Year 11 results will be available to collect in the sixth form centre from 10.00 - 11.00
    Statements of results will also be sent to each student’s Google Classroom email address
  • Year 10 results – no in-person collection - results will be sent only to each student’s Google Classroom email address

Uncollected, printed results will be available from Reception during opening hours until the end of September 2025.
All results are provisional until confirmed in certificates. 

Post-Results Services - Maiden Erlegh School - Post-Results Services 

Certificates - available for collection in-person by the student from Reception from the second week of January following summer exams, unless already collected at a celebration event in December organised by the head of year.  
All certificates must be signed-for by the student.  Students who have left the school must bring photo ID.   
Uncollected certificates are held for 12 months at Reception and are then removed to our archive and may be securely destroyed.

Collection by nominee - if a student wishes to nominate someone else to collect their printed results or certificates, on collection the nominee must bring their own photo ID and the student’s written, signed and dated permission naming the nominee.
