Complaints and Appeals

If a candidate or their parent/carer has a general concern about the centre’s delivery or administration of a qualification they are following (including access arrangements and special consideration), Maiden Erlegh School encourages the candidate or their parent/carer to try to resolve this informally in the first instance.

The concern should be raised with the Head of Centre, Mr Steve Jump.

If a concern is not resolved informally the candidate or his/her parent/carer can then make a formal complaint.

Maiden Erlegh School’s complaints policy can be found on the page About Us, Key Policies.

In addition, the following examinations specific appeals procedures can be found on the page Exams Policies and Procedures.
